Synopsis of Meeting Held
Saturday, April 26, 2008

The Board of Directors held a short meeting directly following the Annual Meeting at the Sea Isle Fire Station.  Those in attendance:  Vicki Atkins, Kathy Hood, Mark McQuiller, David Pearson, Joan Rust and Mickie Tamborello.

Kathy Hood, David Pearson and Mickie Tamborello were elected at the Annual Meeting to each serve a two year term as Director.  Mark McQuiller and Vicki Atkins each have one more year to serve.

The purpose of the meeting was to elect officers for the coming term.  The Board voted to accept the following slate of officers:

• Mark McQuiller, President
• Kathy Hood, Vice President
• Vicki Atkins, Treasurer
• David Pearson, Secretary
• Mickie Tamborello, Director

President McQuiller stated that he would contact the Board members in a couple of weeks to schedule a meeting.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:45 am.
